Beschreibung

In 2011, I undertook a pilgrimage through Nepal and North India—documenting the journey on camera—to the very places where Buddhism originated over two thousand years ago. The result is more than just a travel film; it is an invitation to pause and turn your gaze inward.

You may be familiar with the question that occupies us all at some point: What is life really about—and how do I lead a life that feels truly meaningful? That is precisely where this journey begins.

Buddhism offers methods for inner development and transformation that go deeper than any psychological training. They unlock access to your innate human qualities—clarity, compassion, and inner strength. Those who embrace this path find their lives increasingly filled with joy, enthusiasm, and inner peace.

Let the images, sacred sites, and unique atmosphere of this journey touch you—and discover the potential within you that is waiting to unfold.
